A moment relieves the weight of the war, the U.S., the world looked with scornful eye, began to feel shame. Despite the excuses given by the Democrats, the American people was closer to Republicans and was
the prelude to the dramatic election of President Ronald Reagan. In the movie "The Panet of the Apes", the writer has shown a world where apes govern by seeking to expel the men and raising some of them in cages like we do animals. Another film directed on the Vietnam War, "Apocalypse Now", features a Cambodian governed by men of the first century, against a background of scenery representing the ruins of Angkor stained with blood. The American colonel who is dying tells the captain sent by Washington: "They can kill me, but they can not judge me because they never understand me." I congratulate these two writers, because they dared to include the present and the future of the world and the Far East, and begin Cambodia. U.S. policy in Asia of tomorrow based on the assertion that it is for Asians to defend their own sovereignty. The Americans, wary of the Soviet Union more than anything else, subscribe to the ambition to shine in Beijing Chinese power in North Korea to Singapore.
