In Europe, it was viewed that after an agreement on 27 January, 1973, the 2nd Indochinese war ended, but the Youn Communists emerged their presence in Cambodia. The world gave the wonder that “ Why were they not aware of event after 17th April, 1975 in Phnom Penh? ”.

A few countries in the last decade experienced their sufferings, like Cambodian people. At the first time, it was the violation by the international communists, but after Samdach Sihanuok was ousted from his position in 1970 until the red forces (Khmer Rough or FUNC) toppled the Republic regime of Lon Nol in the spring of 1975 because of the political games played by Moscow, Bejiing, and Paris in the interval of 1975 and 1979.

When the event had not been satisfied, the Soveit Union and Vietnam continued their war of violation on Cambodia in the late 1978 resulting in more than one million of people abandon their home villages. Meanwhiles, 180,000 foreign forces came to Cambodia for the first time ( 3 vs 1), and these foreign forces came to control Cambodia and they have still continued their missions until 1986.

If talking about the Khmer politics in France, I don’t want to defame the new policy of France that used the style of Communism socialist done on the US in the south-east Asia, especially in Cambodia. The Indochinese Vaterants viewed that “ Cambodia and Lao were the ones that were in favor of France and put their believes on France, but since 1975 these countried were separated ties from the international community. As well as, since 1976, both countries, Cambodia and Lao, were controlled by Hanio and Moscow. Because of this serious situation caused by Hanio and Moscow on Cambodia and Lao, they were accused and put a sanction by the United States. Therefore, France helped doing the intervention to take action on both of the controlling countries, Soviet Union and Vietnam, in 1979 and 1980 in order to force Vietnam to pull their forces out from Cambodia. I investigated that at that time France had gotten a positive answer from Vietnam and made France to have a good honor again in the south-east Asia since April 1975 because only France enabled their people to have chances to go back home from Cambodia, Lao, and Vietname, at the same time other countries’ embassies heard nothing of their people.
