Applications must be made on the Lenders Bank  formal application formThe application must include the following information which is dependant on the type of business/personal investment.

Location

• The borrowers location is required for verification

Terms

·         Loans are available between £100,000- £900,000,000M 

·         Loans are repayable over a period of 1 to 20 years Capital repayment

      holidays may be considered for periods of up to 6months.

•   No penalties for early repayment

Interest Rate

• Loans are charged at 4%
• Borrower(s) is expected to open/activate an account with our bank with a minimum deposit of 1% face value of your loan amount requested to enable the applicant acquire customer status and as well where the loan fund will be first credited before affecting the swift to the residence account of the borrower.

Fees

• Loan arrangement /Notarization fee will be paid by the borrower.
• Personal Guarantees/Bank Guarantee/Project Itself

Reporting

• All loans will be monitored on a semi annual basis on financial information and other statistics on the impact of the loan.

Exclusive Trust Advisory fee: 2% up 4% depend gross loan amount.The fee deducted At closing
