Ngang Sonnthi, called N. Rithya, was dead on 01 Febraury, 2009 at 11:30 pm due to deceases of heart attack. He was born on 21 September 1929 in the business family.
His education background
During his childhood, he was sent to Hok Kean Chinese Sector school, and then sent back to Norodom primary school, where the girl schools were allowed. Then he passed the exam and attended the Sisowat Secondary School and went on his education at the Maseina High School in French until earning bachelor degree of political sciences. (continued)
