The Khmers & The Germans: A Comparative Study

a) The Khmers: Pol Pot & the Khmer Rouge committed a genocide against
their own people, the Cambodian people.

b) The Germans: Adolf Hitler & the Nazi did NOT commit a genocide
against their own people, the German people. They committed a genocide
against a foreign race, the Jews.

a) The Khmers: Pol Pot's Cambodia provoked Vietnam into the war. The
war between Pol Pot's Cambodia & Vietnam erupted.

b) The Germans: Adolf Hitler's Germany provoked the Allies into the
war. The war between Adolf Hitler's Germany & the Allies, aka World
War 2 or WW2, erupted.

a) The Khmers: Vietnam invaded Pol Pot's Cambodia. Pol Pot was
defeated by Vietnam. The Cambodian people were rescued from the
genocide by Vietnam.

b) The Germans: The Allies invaded Adolf Hitler's Germany. Adolf
Hitler was defeated by the Allies. The Jews were rescued from the
genocide by the Allies.

a) The Khmers: Vietnam installed a Cambodian government in Cambodia
made up of Cambodians who opposed Pol Pot.

b) The Germans: The Allies installed a German government in Germany
made up of Germans who opposed Adolf Hitler.

b) Later on The Allies completely withdrew from Germany.
