An article published by Le Mont newspaper on 11 November, 1980 that a Catholic priest investigated that “two years ago Thailand had a much closed tie with the republic people of China to send a lot of proofs to the Communists, Pol Pot. The report written by the Le Mont newspaper was very correctly said but they did not say about the positions and responsibilities of America. Thailand changed its behaviors to be favor of China because of the political adventure without any insurance from America that it used to have good cooperation with.

The physical assistance for this movement such as assisting China to provide military weapon and uniform aids transported by Thailand army forces until the Cambodian and Thai borders where the Pol Pot strong bases were located nearby. The America aids were to provide other equipments to Pol Pot military forces and other Khmer refugees, such as the site of former republicans and Sihanoukists who were supported by Thailand.

For America, it proclaimed in general that the aids provided to the Phnom Penh government were never checked in an international base and these aids were mostly transferred to Yuon. In Thailand territory, it was strongly checked by Thailand military forces. They were very careful of this problem, especially done on the correspondents because they did not want these correspondents to be aware of the humanitarian aids provided to the Pol Pot group.

In May, An American correspondent was put into prison and his life was in danger because he took a photograph of the proof that indicated that the Thailand military forces went out to do the military operation in Cambodia territory to be against the Phnom Penh regime. Thailand authority formed a special unit for an informational spy. This military unit had black uniforms, named as “Task Force80", who was not under the order of the commander. Their missions were to oversee the security of the Khmer refugee sites, but their true missions were to transport the weapon and logistics aids to the Pol Pot military forces based in Cambodia.

The America advisor boards with most of them who were American veterans and this board used to do intervention in the war period in Indochina. This board called “Kampuchea Emergency Group" worked under the order of the embassy in Bangkok, but its military bases were located in Aragn Prathat province where it is next to Cambodia. This board objective was to facilitate the division of humanitarian aids and another mission was to check whether the logistics aids were sent to Pol Pot military forces or not because Thailand military forces were responsible for this mission. The chief of Kampuchea Emergency Group was Mr. American colonial military force. Mr. Colonel was a commander of a military unit that was responsible for investigating in the forest in Cambodia until the South Vietnam. In reality, the political situation in Thailand was in military diplomatic policy in Asia since 1950.

The people republic of China had changed its behavior in the 60th decade meaning that it was completely 180 degree changed. This change made other countries where walked following its political ideology to be at the most danger. Thailand and China had the mutually diplomatic ties for 5 years since July 1975. The Thailand prime minister prince Tukri Pramoj was responsible for the negotiation process and friendship between both countries with Prime Minister Chou Englay and allowed all correspondents to be known for several days afterwards after signatures of starting friendship and diplomatic ties by Prince Pukrit broadcasting on Kangtong radio that " I would like to proclaim that Thailand and China have consistent views on the problem in Indochina ".

Because Thailand and America hide their positions in supporting the former Pol Pot regime, they were very careful with the views of the Thai opposition party and public's views. America provided double aids to Thailand since 1978 but most of the aids were regarded as loans. In America, Mr. President Reagen's administration shared some powers to the former advisors to President Nixon to strengthen their current policy. Mr. Wat clarified this problem to the American publican about the real faces of the communists in Indochina. And the country that influenced this country was Soviet Union and the people republic of China.

During the 20th century, Europe almost dominated the world since 1945 to 1975 and America dominated most of the countries of the world. Since 1975 Soviet Union and its agent was Cuba and the North Vietnam. Whereas the people republic of China with its agents was Khmer Rough (Khmer Liberation), Angola, Afghanistan, Nicaragua, Chart, and so on.

At that time the world needed to move toward the center point of the world map and moved from the Mediterranean sea to the Atlantic ocean and moved on to the Pacific ocean.

The Pacific Ocean, since 1973, the strategies of Soviet Union and also China were to take over and control the necessary gulf of the world, Malacca, located in the seas of Malaysia and Singapore. If Moscow via Vietnam was possible to control the military forces in the Pacific Ocean, there would be conflicts in all over the corners of the world that is the world war.

In the Western countries, Mr. Leonid Brejnel, spread the peaceful ideology in the Soviet Union party that prepared the missile SS-20 in the corner of Europe. The plan was publicized in the conference of the Communist party in Europe that was held in Prague in 1973 and indicated that Soviet Union would take over the western European
Countries. The adventure of Cambodia and Afghanistan showed the unable-to-compared military forces of Soviet Union and North Vietnam, and they were possible to open a numerous attacks on a lot of battle zones in the same time. This speech interested many countries, such as America, Japan, Western Europe, the republic of China, and all Arabia countries. This surprising event made Soviet Union scared and sent their tanks into Poland.
