" China should not unconditionally support with blindness Pol Pot, Kiev Samphorn, and so on, and seek the final reasonable decisions to solve Cambodia political crisis". This was an ASEAN's important massege sent via Thai Prime Minister General Prem to China's leader when he held an official visit in China on 27 to 30 October, 1980. This short message pushed an important conversation done between General Prem and Vice President of the people republic of China, Deng Xia ping.

Before departure from Bangkok, General Prem proclaimed that a high ranking envoy deligates was planned to send to Moscow when he was back from China. The next mission was led by Vice minister of the Thai foreign ministry, Arun Bhnuponse, who needed to depart from Bangkok on 10 November in order to hold a 15 day official visit in Eastern Europe, Soviet Union, and Sweden. In South-East Asia, Thailand and China flexibility to help Pol Pot who fled to live along with the Cambodia and Thai borders was watchfully investigated. And each country was in favor of Pol Pot with different goals. Behind, there was a way of Thailand deplomatic problem that was not lined with Washington and China for South-East Asia. America found out a solution to stabalize this region, and Bangkok still kept a traditional allience with Washington.

For the position and game played by Thailand to support Pol Pot, an analysis made by an American correspondant, Richard Ward, in January 1980 in Peking, and according to a conversation made between China leaders and Minister of America Defense Ministry, Harald Brown, and proclaimed to inform the journalists about the common strategic benifit " Mr. Brown added that between America and China, it is awsome for south east Asia".

In June, in the meaning of discusion between vice president, Geng Biao, and Mr. Brown that " America and China Republic made a common decision to support the general situation in the world and will respond with efficiency". Mr. Geng, a secretary general of military commision of China Communist Party, added that the presence of Vietnamese army forces in Cambodia land was not the regional issue, and it was the global issue and had to strategically respond.

In July, both government, America and China, reconfirmed by President Jimmy Charter and Prime Minister Hua Cuo Feng in Tokyo. A spokeman to President Carter added that America and China had a detailed discusion on the situation in Asia. The policy of America and China had a mutual coalition through Thailand to provide both countries assistance in Indochina.

Since 1950, America has provide aids of modern military equipments to Thailand in order to be agaist the revolutionary movement in China and to defend the encroachment committed by the northern Yuon on Thailand. In a confidential notice in May 1950 made to send to America President, a resqest was done to ask America for helping provide military aids to Thailand and Indochina.

In April 1979, in Peking Mr. Vice President Deng Xiao Ping proclaimed that the deligates of both America congresses signed for filing a lawsuit because there were Cuba communist forces presided in Cambodia and the military advisors were all Soviet Union and Cuba militerians. The Soviet Union forces had been staying secretly in Vietnam for a long time and at Kamrang and Danang gates where these two gates became the military bases of Soviet Unions.
