Khmerization of war is strategized by Youn, and it has been formed under the assistance from French in the purpose of leading Khmers to be brave to kill Khmers themselves for the maximum manner. The Phnom Penh government set its objective to collect young Cambodian people with fierce force in order to send them to study in the SOVEIT union or in the countries, where were under the idealogy of SOVIET. At the same time, there was destructions made by using chemical and biological weapon along with the border, which injured and killed thousands of people. Optunistically, 1,005,000 Yuon farmers were allowed to influx into Cambodia to take over the fertile and rich soils of Khmer. This political play was supported by Leninists of Phnom Penh administration for cooperation, as well. In the whole country both provincial and capital city area, the wedding between Khmers and Yuon was motivationally valued. All student were taught at school with the thousands-of-year-ago-Khmer history, which has been modified so as to line with President Ho Chi Minh's Ideology.
