On behalf of Khmer, I always think of Khmer Narzists and militerianism, who are living wealthily with no any regret or disappointment, and they are pleasantly living to help the invasion made by neighboring countries. Strangely, Khmer Narzists needed not form prison or jeol and the whole territory of Cambodia was used to be as prison to kill people and torture them.

The people whol live in the world were only shocked when they watched the movie called " Killing Field", which this movie was described about killings, seperation between an American journalist and his Cambodian colleague. It was injustice that this movie ended with the remeeting between the New York times journalist and Khmer colleaue in the same time as a lot of Khmer people were killed and lost.

Mr. 3 star-General Sosthene Fenandes, former national army commander, expressed his reaction to this movie and he said to me that " Khmer Narzist made the whole territory of Khmer become the largest field of corpse bury ".

In my view, in order to solve the problems that have been taking place in Cambodia, two main philosophies formed by Yuon must be acknoledged:
1. Khmerization of war in Khmer territory
2. Vietnamization

Now we all have to deeply think of the ideology of " Khmerization of war in Khmer and Vietnamization in order to eliminate the strategic suspision of Hanio in the purpose of taking ove Cambodia.

In the face of this destruction, in my opinion, first of all national spirit must be united and the real friendship of Khmer must be tied. This spirit is to unite and reconcile the nation of Cambodia with both saying and action to defend all Khmer people's lives, in this sense, the national benifit must be thought to be more important than the individual ones. In order to achive this vision, all corners of Khmers are needed to support.
